Richmond Virginia based country band Cedar Creek has been satisfying country music enthusiasts with an exciting stage show and a fantastic vocal performance at every venue. This hard working group of talented and professional musicians has performed with top national artists such as Gretchen Wilson, Charlie Daniels, Travis Tritt, Marty Stuart, Emerson Drive, Cowboy Crush, Tracy Byrd, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley, Randy Travis, Terri Clark, Shenandoah, Buddy Jewell, Gary Allan, Trick Pony, The Warren Brothers, Patty Loveless and many more.

They have performed at many large venues and events including The Wildhorse Saloon, The Longbranch Saloon, Sailwinds Park, K95 Country Fest (48,000 people), The Richmond Coliseum, Summerfest, Lake Country Fest (60,000 people), Bay Country Days and Hampton Bay Days to name a few.

Their current singles, The Jerk, Defenseless, and Wind Me Up, can be heard on radio stations overseas and in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Once Again, Rock-a-Hock!

Hey Creekers! We will be back at Rock-a-Hock Campground for a special event on Saturday, September 4th with CASPER. This is a benefit for the New Kent Volunteer Fire Department so dig down deep and give, give, give! Now, this is a FREE show but DONATIONS will be smiled upon and great appreciated. So once again, give, give and give more! Show starts around 7pm but pleae be there early. The lawn will sure to fill up early! -CC

Suffolk Concert Series

Short Pump Shout Outs

Thanks for the good times at Short Pump Town Center. Despite the storms the crowd was there and we really appreciated everyone's wonderful comments and interactions after the show. July 4th Shows!

It's time to celebrate America and the freedom that we have. Come join us in Stanley, VA. on Saturday, July 3rd for a spectacular homecoming event. The streets will be closed for this festive celebration. And on Sunday, July 4th, we will be performing at River's Rest Marina in Charles City, VA. American Cancer Society and Cedar Creek at The Hat Factory

Hey all Creekers! This is a show that really helps and touches the lives of so many. On Sunday, June 27th (5pm - 9pm), we will be performing at The Hat Factory for the American Cancer Society "Smackdown Cancer Fighters" event with special guest Alibi. The mission statement of the "Smackdown Cancer Fighters" is to honor Roo by helping others so that very soon the suffering will stop! The Return of Scott!

After a couple of months off, Scott has decided to return to the group and continue to play as much as he can. All the publicity has paid off. TV and radio stations have been pouring the gossip on but low and behold Cedar Creek is still Drivin' in the fast lane. -CC

OVERTIME Back On For FEBRUARY 5th

Well, we missed everyone for the Decemeber 19th show at Overtime due to the S word (snow, just in case) but we will be there on Friday, February 5th for all that braved the 14" of the white stuff and knocked on the door just to see if we were actually playing. Congratulations to Scott and Elke on the birth of their new baby boy, Jaxon. Now comes the wonderful years of diapering, spoiling and crying! It's all worth it though; every single minute. Wish them congrats at the next show. -CC

Pocahontas State Park

Join us for a wonderful outdoor concert under the stars on Saturday, June 13th at Pocahontas State Park. This is a fantastic family event that is sure to get you dancin' on the hill. Gates open around 5:00pm and music goes until 9:00pm. Food and drinks are available on site. The Circuit Riders will take the stage first then Cedar Creek will close the show.

Cedar Creek regrets to inform you that the show at Cullen's Cove on February 21st has been moved to March 20th and 21st. More details on the March 20th show will be revealed soon. CC

Benefit for Reyn Steger on 05-31-08

2 members and 1 former member of Cedar Creek will perform on 05-31-08 at the Hopewell Moose Lodge for Reyn Steger. This is a family fun, smoke-free and alcohol free event to help raise money for a much needed transplant. Please show your local support and come on out for a fun filled day. Other events will be included.

Cedar Creek will sing The National Anthem at RIR

NEWS FLASH: Cedar Creek will be singing The National Anthem at Richmond International Raceway for the Busch Series race on Friday September 7th. This live performance will be broadcasted on ESPN and various television stations. Thanks for the continued support and keep NASCAR rolling!

Man, what a crowd this past Friday night at Bahama Joe's! Special guest, Jeff Meadows from K95 was on board to get the crowd started and to kick off the return of K95 Country Night at Bahama Joe's. We appreciate everyone showing up and everyone staying late. Thanks for a record breaking night!

Cedar Creek Chats with Former American Idol Contestant

During the Crown Royal Race at Richmond International Raceway on May 4th and 5th Cedar Creek had the pleasure to speak with many NASCAR drivers and many fans. The most interesting conversation was with Elliot Yamin from last years American Idol contest. Elliot was happy to be back home performing for the fans and NASCAR. Talks about future shows, possibilities and just Richmond were brought up many times; old hangouts, friends and family. Cedar Creek wishes Elliot the best of luck with his new album.

Thoughts and Prayers with Virginia Tech

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has been affected with the horrible incident at Virginia Tech. As we do know people at Virginia Tech, our hearts go out to every single person and family involved. Carry on strong!

New CC Originals Debut

After a few months of trying to find the perfect songs to fit the Cedar Creek style, a couple of new originals are being introduced at upcoming venues. There are more songs being selected as we speak for the 2007 CD and with hard work and determination it will be ready this year. And as a bonus, you may be able to become a part of the Cedar Creek II CD. Details to come soon. Listen for the new stuff!

St. Jude's with Cedar Creek, WKCY and The Pub

We want to send out our thanks to everyone who attended The Pub on 02-10 for their participation with WKCY and St. Jude's Radiothon. Your attendance impacted the hearts of kids who need your help. With the love and support that everyone gave, Harrisonburg VA. should be proud to be a part of such a wonderful charity. Thanks goes to The Pub and WKCY for their support of our music and we would just like to say that we were honored to be a part of the event.
